Table reservation rules

Please read our reservation rules carefully. By reserving a table, you agree to the reservation rules.

Reservation cancellation or change rules

You can cancel your reservation at Monai by calling +370 (626) 63 362 or if you made a reservation through the reservation system, tinyurl.com/monai-reserve make the cancellation there.

If you are late or arrive with a smaller number of guests than reserved, please inform the restaurant in advance or as soon as possible by phone. Taking into account the changed situation, the restaurant staff reserves the right to change the table at its discretion, adapting it to the actual number of guests. Thank you for your understanding. 

Reservation time

Please choose your reservation time responsibly. We arrange reservation times so that we can provide all guests with quality attention, prepare food in a comfortable time, and no restaurant guest has to wait longer than usual for their order. If you are 15 minutes or more late, we can no longer guarantee the same quality of service (at least at the beginning of your arrival) or you may have to wait longer for the waiter or the dishes being prepared. Please inform us if you cannot arrive at the agreed time.

Allergies and dietary restrictions

Each menu item is very important to us, so please inform us in advance of any allergies or food sensitivities. If we are not notified more than 24 hours in advance, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to adapt the menu to your specific needs.

Families and pets

We welcome guests with children. However, we ask parents to ensure that children behave quietly and do not disturb other guests or staff. 

We accept guests with dogs in the restaurant, but please inform us about this when reserving a table.

Short meetings

If you only have time for a coffee, a glass of wine, or a quick snack, feel free to visit us without a reservation.
