Restaurant "Monai", owned by UAB "ZIZI NAMAI", respects the privacy of its guests and ensures that your personal data is processed responsibly, lawfully and transparently. This privacy policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it and how we protect it.

– to contact you regarding reservations or service provision;

– in order to fulfill orders or provide services (Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR);
– based on our legitimate interest in improving the quality of services (Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR);
– only with your consent – when you choose to receive news or offers (Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR).
5. Data storage
We retain data for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected:

– reservation data – up to 24 months after the visit;

– our service providers (e.g. Tableo for queue and reservation management);
– email or SMS marketing platforms (e.g. MailerLite, Mailchimp), only if you have agreed to receive news.
All providers act as data processors on our instructions and ensure appropriate protection.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:
– receive information about the processing of your data;
– access your data;
– request its correction or deletion;
– withdraw consent to marketing;
– file a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate.
